If you are like me, you are done with going through diet to diet trying to find the ideal program that will help you to lose weight. I have done many diets and fitness programs that after a while I just became fed up. Tired of all the false advertising from some of these fitness gurus. Some of these fitness programs seem tailor made for you to fail just so you will keep spending your money on products from the weight loss sector. A portion of the fitness programs I have seen have been genuinely legit with helping people, while others I knew only helped the pocketbook of the creators.

There are some programs out there, like RushFit from George St. Pierre, that really seem to do as they claim. RushFit is a pretty intense workout that doesn't seem to skimp corners. That's what I needed immediately. I needed to be pushed by the ideal program and RushFit fit the bill. I feel more energetic and healthier than I have been in fairly a while.

RushFit may not be for everyone. I do encourage you to find a fitness program that does work for you. The summer is starting to close, but we must always stay true to our health no matter the season.

One of the greatest ideas I have ever received concerning health is "don't skip breakfast". I know for some of you, this is an old saying. My mom would tell me that every time I left for school. I barely had time for breakfast as a child. As an adult, even less. But the fact is when I do skip breakfast I do get burnt out. Slouchy. It gets more challenging to focus on work. Breakfast makes so much of a difference between being energetic and feeling blah all day. Eat a balanced breakfast and start the day on the ideal foot!
